Daisy Chain Cabin

0

£190.00 per night

Hidden away in the countryside of East Sussex, Daisy Chain Cabin is a cosy hideaway for couples looking to get away from it all. Start the day with a refreshing swim at Bewl Water nearby or lace up your walking boots and follow the path around the Reservoir. Enjoy cooking outdoors over the firepit or in the Ooni pizza oven before snuggling up in front of the woodburner or soaking up the view from the outdoor bath. Before you head to your luxurious king size bed, enjoy one last mug of hot chocolate out on the deck or by the firepit and stargaze in the beautiful dark skies. The interior of the cabin is warm and welcoming from the moment you step inside. A big comfy sofa sits in the middle of the living area in front of a woodburner and a set of French doors so you can curl up and enjoy the view. You’ll also find a big leather armchair next to a well-stocked cabinet of books and guests are encouraged to bring a book to swap with something on the shelves. In this large open plan space, there’s also a fully fitted kitchen so you can cook inside or prepare pizzas for the Ooni pizza oven outside. There’s also a double firepit 60 meters from the cabin with a grill and hot plate, perfect for cooking outdoors during the warmer months. The cosy bedroom features a luxurious king size bed and you’ll wake up to views of the surrounding countryside. The shower cabin has a monsoon shower with plenty of hot water and warm towels will be waiting for you on the heated rail. In the evening, after a long walk around the Reservoir, treat yourself to a bath out on the covered deck with a glass of something and do a bit of stargazing. The cabin is set in a quiet part of East Sussex’s countryside, perfect for those looking to explore the outdoors and reconnect with nature. It’s located in Downash Wood where your neighbours will include buzzards, barn owls, badgers, deer and rabbits which you might be lucky enough to spot from the deck or out on a walk. You’ll find some lovely trails through Bedgebury Pinetum for walking and cycling or you might want to tackle the 12.5 miles around Bewl Water Reservoir, the largest stretch of open water in the South East. You can also swim in the reservoir, try your hand at trout fishing or head to the aqua park if you fancy some watersports.
