The sitting area has lots of comfy seating and looks directly onto the large balcony. Step outside and enjoy the fabulous sea views as you relax on a sun lounger or at the outdoor furniture. Fancy a spot of outdoor dining? There is seating for 10, which make al fresco meals in summer a must. Hayling Island has a wealth of activities on offer. Most of which are water-based. Indeed, it has been referred to as the birthplace of windsurfing, so what better place to learn? There are several water sports schools on the island, all of which provide hire and classes for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and SUP (stand up paddleboarding). There are also lots of sailing opportunities at Langstone Harbour, and the "Rosie K" has 60-minute boat trips around the areas. Golfers will be pleased to know that Tournerbury Golf Centre is nearby, as is Hayling Golf Club links course. For keen walkers and cyclists, the Hayling Billy Trail is a five-mile off-road trail which follows an old railway line that runs from Havant to Hayling. To keep the kids amused, the Hayling Seaside Steam Railway and Funland Amusement Park are both excellent options.
