Enjoy a relaxing, restorative retreat amongst beautiful hills and forests at Cabin Bryn in Powys. With outstanding views of the surrounding hills and a fabulous location close to the Elan Valley, this four-person cabin is ideal for your next break. The cabin is nestled amongst a working farm and offers great access to some walking routes in the area. After a day out exploring, retire back to the cabin with your loved ones and throw some logs on the wood-burning stove. Stay cosy and warm in front of the fire as your designated chef prepares dinner in the nicely equipped kitchen. The kitchen even features a boiling hot water tap for an instant cuppa. If you fancy a movie night, the cabin has a smart TV with Sky (including Sky Sports) and Netflix. Nature lovers will adore the location and after dinner you can sit out on your private, covered veranda and soak up the tranquility of your surroundings. Then, when bed time beckons you and your loved ones can enjoy a restful night's sleep in one of the two bedrooms. There is one double bedroom and one super-king size bed which sits on the mezzanine and can also be made up as a twin room if needed. Both bedrooms make use of Egyptian cotton bedding and the cabin also features a stylish bathroom with Turkish cotton towels to dry off with. There are lovely walks on your doorstep, or you can venture further afield to explore the dams and reservoirs in the Elan Valley. All of the cabins have spectacular views across the Dyfi Valley and out to the Cambrian mountains beyond and offer a peaceful escape from the busy day-to-day. You’ll be able to set off out into the countryside on foot or by bike right from your front door and with the coast and Snowdonia National Park close by, there’s plenty more to see and do. After a day exploring these stunning landscapes, snuggle up in your cabin in front of the wood-burning stove and watch the sunset over the valley. Two of the cabins are perfect for couples with cosy interiors and big windows so you can enjoy the view. Caban Clifa is set by the side of a small lake and you can sit out on the deck and watch the wildlife or even go for a quick dip if you’re feeling brave. Caban Coch has been created from an old hay trailer and you’ll find plenty of rustic charm inside with a whole array of vintage finds furnishing the interior. Caban Crwn and Caban Copa are both a little larger with space to accommodate up to three guests. Caban Crwn has a striking cylindrical design and you’ll find a cosy mezzanine level inside with great views that you can enjoy from the comfort of your bed. After a quick trip to the shops, pack yourselves a picnic and head out into the countryside. You’ll be spoilt for choice with rolling hills, coastal paths and mountain peaks within easy reach, all offering stunning views along the way.
