A paradise for nature lovers and bird watchers, the estuary is managed by the RSPB, and as the first town in Cornwall to be awarded "Walkers Are Welcome" status, its footpaths are well maintained and a pleasure to explore. There are plenty of facilities, from shops and galleries to restaurants and supermarkets, providing everything needed to enjoy a relaxing seaside escape. St Ives and the Tate Gallery is within 6 miles, as well as a huge variety of Cornish villages nearby. Guests can drive between coasts in around 15 minutes - great for exploring and visiting the beautiful beaches this part of the country has to offer. Immaculately decorated and ultra-modern, the interiors of this three-storey wharf house are superb. Step onto underfloor heating, perfect for warming up after a swim in the sea, and there is space for coats and shoes in the hallway. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, the master bedroom, complete with an impressive super-king-size four-poster bed. It has an en suite shower room, floor-to-ceiling windows taking in the harbour view, a Smart TV, and its own private balcony with seating. There's also a twin bedroom on the ground floor and the family bathroom which is immaculately tiled in Terrazzo. Inside you’ll find an open plan living area with wonderful sea views from the large floor to ceiling picture window – superb for watching the sunset.
