Or relax in the welcoming lounge with its wood-burning stove and full-length glass patio doors which flood the space with light and allow breathtaking views across the lake. By day or by night this is an irresistible room. The stunningly designed kitchen and dining area is made for entertaining. With two built-in electric ovens, an electric induction hob, two integrated fridges (one with a small freezer), two dishwashers, a wine fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine, you’ll be able to prepare meals in style and serve them up at the chic 12-seater table. The bi-fold patio doors on three sides enable you to open the space right out to make you feel like you’re dining with the scenery surrounding you. A useful utility room provides two washing machines, two tumble dryers and storage alongside an extra cloakroom with a loo. There are six luxurious bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and four of which are ensuite with super stylish shower rooms. Each bedroom is sumptuously appointed with luxurious bedding and relaxing neutral tones accented with rustic wooden touches. They feature huge picture windows so that you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee in bed with views to die for. You’ll never want to get up! The ground floor bedroom is smaller than the others but it does have its own doors out to a secluded patio. Outside you will find an immaculately maintained, enclosed lawned garden. An extensive patio features a lovely outside seating area where you can appreciate the view with a chilled drink. Don’t worry if the weather lets you down, as there's also a beautifully timbered undercover seating area with a gas BBQ, external wood burner and 50” Smart TV. From the garden, you can access the sauna, steam room and gym which are cleverly built into the hillside. Here there is a handy changing room, loo and shower room. The gym is fitted with a Peloton bike, rowing machine and exercise bench. There is additional space next to the floor-to-ceiling mirrors for pilates or yoga on the matting. All you need to supply is the willpower! The bustling town of Bowness on Windermere is an easy walk away and boasts a wide variety of shops selling local produce, outdoor clothing, locally made crafts and gifts as well as a good choice of cafes, bars and restaurants. You will find an activity here for everyone from sailing, climbing, hill walking and horse riding to kayaking. No matter whether you are an adventurous sportsperson or a complete novice you can take on a challenge whilst enjoying the beautiful surroundings.
