The property has a reverse layout with two bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedroom number one has a king-size bed, Smart television and en-suite shower room, while bedroom number two has two single beds, which can also be converted into a second king-size bed. The family bathroom, also on the ground floor, contains a shower over the bath and a WC. The first floor contains the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, all with high vaulted ceilings and wooden beams. The living area has a selection of comfortable seating, Smart television and a cosy wood burning stove – the perfect place for relaxing after a day on the beach or exploring Cornwall. The kitchen is well-equipped with a modern design and a range of appliances, including dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The Shires has use of the lovely communal gardens and a private patio area.
