Walk inside and you truly will not be disappointed! This beautiful property was professionally interior designed and was featured in various magazines. Immaculately decorated and ultra-modern, the interiors of this three-storey wharf house are superb. Step onto underfloor heating, perfect for warming up after a swim in the sea, and there is space for coats and shoes in the hallway. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, the master bedroom, complete with an impressive super-king-size four-poster bed. It has an en suite shower room, floor-to-ceiling windows taking in the harbour view, a Smart TV, and its own private balcony with seating. There's also a twin bedroom on the ground floor and the family bathroom which is immaculately tiled in Terrazzo. Head up to the first floor to the open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, the stylish kitchen is complete with everything you'll need for your holiday and the leather bar stools around the kitchen island create a sense of conviviality, whilst large windows bring in plenty of natural light. The lounge space meanwhile, has a Smart TV, double-height ceilings, and seamless bi-folding glass doors that open out onto a balcony with dreamy harbour views and a seating area. For the third bedroom, head up to a private mezzanine level, which overlooks the living space and has yet more views of the water. Here you will find a king-size bed and an en suite shower room. Outside you'll find a secure storage shed for water sports equipment and beach gear by the front door and a private adjacent mooring, for guests to enjoy.
