Located on a UNESCO world heritage site on the edge of St Ives Bay, surrounded by three miles of sandy beaches and with an ever-present Atlantic breeze, Hayle is a surfing and windsurfing hotspot, it's also great for swimming and days on the beach. A paradise for nature lovers and bird watchers, the estuary is managed by the RSPB, and as the first town in Cornwall to be awarded "Walkers Are Welcome" status, its footpaths are well maintained and a pleasure to explore. There are plenty of facilities, from shops and galleries to restaurants and supermarkets, providing everything needed to enjoy a relaxing seaside escape. St Ives and the Tate Gallery is within 6 miles, as well as a huge variety of Cornish villages nearby. Guests can drive between coasts in around 15 minutes - great for exploring and visiting the beautiful beaches this part of the country has to offer. Walk inside and you truly will not be disappointed! This beautiful property was professionally interior designed and was featured in various magazines. Immaculately decorated and ultra-modern, the interiors of this three-storey wharf house are superb. Step onto underfloor heating, perfect for warming up after a swim in the sea, and there is space for coats and shoes in the hallway. The first bedroom is on the ground floor, the master bedroom, complete with an impressive super-king-size four-poster bed. It has an en suite shower room, floor-to-ceiling windows taking in the harbour view, a Smart TV, and its own private balcony with seating. There's also a twin bedroom on the ground floor and the family bathroom which is immaculately tiled in Terrazzo. Head up to the first floor to the open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area, the stylish kitchen is complete with everything you'll need for your holiday and the leather bar stools around the kitchen island create a sense of conviviality, whilst large windows bring in plenty of natural light. The lounge space meanwhile, has a Smart TV, double-height ceilings, and seamless bi-folding glass doors that open out onto a balcony with dreamy harbour views and a seating area. For the third bedroom, head up to a private mezzanine level, which overlooks the living space and has yet more views of the water. Here you will find a king-size bed and an en suite shower room. Outside you'll find a secure storage shed for water sports equipment and beach gear by the front door and a private adjacent mooring, for guests to enjoy.

The space also features some delightful window seats, which provide you with the lovely sea views, and some nice cushions so you can sit and take in the view in comfort. The thick, rustic dining table adds to the rural character of the room and offers a delightful spot to enjoy hearty meals with your loved ones whilst enjoying the view. When it comes to preparing meals, the kitchen is a stylish place to be and features all the amenities you'll need. The room features pretty pale blue units and calming larch panelling that give it a nice beachside vibe. Budding chefs will have all they need to whip up a feast including a cooker, electric hob, under counter fridge and separate freezer. There's also a dishwasher so no one is lumbered with the washing up, as well as a microwave, kettle, blender, milk warmers and even a smoothie maker. Guests will also be pleased to hear that there's a washer and dryer, as well as an ironing board for use throughout their stay. When bedtime beckons, the cottage has three fab bedrooms on offer.
